regards to receiving an error message half the 
time when printing.  If this is still occurring 
for you, just let us know and we can help.

make sure you set the spooler service to restart

by default it restarts twice, then does nothing,
so the 3rd slot needs changed to restart the service.

Having problems when printing, keeps getting 
spooling error and then never prints and has to 
restart and then still won't print.  Thinks this 
is happening to other HSS Faculty
