After cleanup computer was running good.

Did system clean up. Installed Malware bytes and
removed 14 objects. Cleaned up start-up programs.
Ran CCleaner and cleaned up computer.

Was able to log in, but as soon as she did, sophos
opened up and froze up the computer. WHen she
clicks on sophos she gets the hour glass pops up.
Available all day, if she is not in her office,
secretary is there.
