Computer had malware or viruses that didnt allow
me to plug a flash drive in or access the network.
Tried everything but ended up having to re-image.
Its working great now.

THis problem just started today, as soon as he
tunrs it on, nothing loads up but his wal paper.
and then he gets an error message
