he gets a message spooler is not working when he 
tries to add a printer.

printer is named: speech adj

says the printer above is not listed in the drop 
down menu there is no printers listed at all. 

says it has worked fine a week ago until today

the printer is located in HSS room 119, it is in 
the storage room. 

available times:
4:15pm- 4:30pm monday and wednesday
can ask any faculty in building to open up his 
office.
