CMOS battery dead. System clock was 4 years+ out
of date. She also did not have membership in HPE
LDAP group, so she was getting a script error.

Changed clock, installed Sophos, installed Adobe
Reader 9.1, added her to hpe LDAP group.

Need to order CMOS batteries.

Shawn’s computer is blocking her form accessing
the web because a warning is popping up saying
that it is not a “valid security certificate”.
She unplugged her computer last week after
setting it off.
The web allows her to go on but a warning say”
does not recommend”.
“Its annoying” and would like it to get fixed.

reach at Mon. and Wed. 10-1 and ex:88985
