She is back up and running.  Something was weird
about her connection to the network.

the computer takes about 5 minutes to open up “my 
computer”, it doesn’t open web browser . the web 
browser says, it says “the internet cannot 
display this page. Its and oner my documents 
opened, only the c and d drives were available.
