everything is working as it should. I guess maybe
I should have read a little further down...when I
don't see the "Sophie" shield, I do get a little

says he saw the email sent out about sophos but 
appears that he does not have it. Says it is not 
displayed on the start menu tool bar. it shows it 
is in his programs but not on the start menu 
bar.
