Bruce called back to say that everything is fine 
now.  Task can be closed.  Didn't want to go into 
details but said it's okay now and will call back 
and open a new task if it continues.

says the printer named tr-trilj8000 is displayed 
under the drop down menu when he goes to print, 
but his document does not print.Says the printer 
does have a green light but his document will not 
print. 

printer located Todd hall 209 and machine in Todd 
hall 209. 

available times:
standard hours between 8am-5pm. can get a pass 
key by talking to the admin if his office is 
closed. 

call best before heading over.
