Hi Lance,

I think the message may have gotten a little
garbled.  I am interested in being able to add an
address to my personal address book by double
clicking and saving it.  When I double click any
"From" address, I get a screen just like the "Add
a Contact" screen in my address book.  When I
click save in that box it all disappears, but does
not then reappear in my address book.  Any idea
how to make it do that?

Hi this Lance with the University Computing
Services with Western Oregon. Im contacting you
about saving a link. To save a link you go to the
web site and when you are on the page up in the
options bar there is a tab that says "Bookmarks"
Click on that tab and chose the option that says
"add bookmark"
This will pop up a small window where you can name
the link and pick where you want to save it.
You can save it to just regular bookmarks or to a
toolbar bookmark.
This will save you link and you can just click on
the link, where you saved it, and it will open up
that page.
If you have any more questions or need further
assistance you can reply to this email or call the
service desk at extension 88925 can up date your
service request.

he tried adding it into his address book tab, but 
it does not appear to be there. 

says if someone is able to help or if someone 
knows of how to save a link it would be great.
