through www/woumail not www/newmail

He called in and said he was getting this message 
and was frustrated because it seems like it takes 
alot longer to open up email.  I tried to have 
him just try going to IE and typing 
in "www.wou.edu/newmail" but he wasn't able to 
find IE on his computer.  :(
