i power cycled the computer by unplugging power
and letting it sit for a bit and made sure the
monitor cable was plugged in all the way and when
i turned it back on it booted fine and i logged in
and tested a network drive and everything works good.

The Thin Client in HL Alcove has had its session
with the SunRay Management server reset.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the
problem.

I terminated the session on the sunray management
server.

it is up in the alcove(2nd) floor.

it will not show a screen and it just is 
blue...and they have done all the secret ways to 
rebute it and it just rebute to a blue screen 
again.
