Go to Start, Run and type: \\blake\push

It will open an explorer window.

Copy the reader91 folder to your desktop.

Once its done copying, go into the folder and
double-click install.bat

This will remove the old version of Reader and
install a new version that should correct the problem.

She said that the PDF files will not open on her 
computer from the school website.
she is not sure if she has a pop up blocker or 
not.
