There is a simple fix for the keychain issue. 
- Have her log in
- Go > Utilities > Keychain Access
- File > Delete Keychain "login"
- Delete References & Files
-Have her log out and back in

Adam should be looking into the Bones printing 
issue, but the keychain problem with Safari is 
still a pending issue

She is also having a annoying  problem when she 
luanches Safari were it asks for a keychain but 
does not take her credentials it goew away after 
a couple tries and she is able to proceed

She is still having issues with printing to 
Bones.wou.edu in the TRC she either gets a error 
49.0***  Or it doesn't send out any print job at 
all.  I have ased Adam to take a look at this 
especially since she is student/staff with 
student type username  rsadae09@wou.edu Rene Sadae

I uninstalled and reinstalled Office on her PC, 
It got an error about a a Microsoft Live add-in 
when i finally got it to luanch so I disabled 
that add-in it may be the Microsoft Live 
install.  I also reset the admin password and 
made her an admin on the MAC.

She is a student and also a staff member, but she 
is being treated as a student in the system.

She has 3 issues:

1: the Items sent to the printer dont work and 
they jam up and it says machine error

2: server access is frequently distrupted

3: Keychain error message is asking for a logon 
which does not work she said

and her PC : 20070991[Edit Inv]

The first two problems are happening on both her 
computers
and her lap top

and the last issue is happening on her mac only.
