CD is stuck in the tower between the two drives. 
Everything is functioning but she needs the 
infomation on the disk so avoid damaging disk if 
at all possible. She "suspects the face just 
needs to be taken off."

In office until 2 today. 2-3 she is in class. 
Then again class at 4pm.
