went to one station with a scanner and it worked
just fine, another the computer was dead, the
other ones had students on. Will check back in.

A student tried to use the scanner, I went to 
help them and when clicking open on the 
desktop's icon a message came up. We moved to 
another pc machine and same message came up.

the message says:
"the epson scan cannot be started please use the 
troubleshoot assistance to solve the problem. Do 
you want to open the troubleshoot assistance?

Machines: 20050099[Edit Inv] located on computer station 
L1 and 20020130[Edit Inv] located on computer station J1 
are getting an error message when trying to open 
the Epson scanner.
