I’m cc’ing Brian since he also wrote me about 
this.  It took me awhile to track down what was 
going on since it was a temporary glitch on 
Monday. 

This one was called in Monday morning – we had 
several students who could not get into 
ts.wou.edu using the remote desktop connection.  
As our students said when she called it in, the 
error message being received during the failures 
was "REMOTE DESKTOP DISCONNECTED: This computer 
cannot connect to the remote desktop. Try 
connecting again. If this problem continues, 
connect the owner of the remote computer or your 
network administrator".

As with most network errors, it seems to have 
stopped.  It was happening Monday and is over now.

I appreciate the follow up, but this one is all 
clear.

She cannot do a remote desktop connection. Error
message reads: Remote Desktop Disconnection.
