I did a full scan and updated Firefox. Seems to
have resolved the issue. Waiting on confirmation
from Kevin to see if he's experiencing any more
problems.

computer might have a virus. When he opens up 
internet, 12 windows open up. he tried rebooting, 
and it still opens many pages and randomly 
scrolls continuously.

Available  for a few hours today, 
Tech can go to Lacy Calligure in the music office 
in Smith and you can go in and work on computer 
without him being there.
