The problem is directly related to her PC. I was 
able to get the file to open on my PC with CS2. 
May need to check for Adobe Bridge, Version Cue 
CS2 or Adobe Utilities in the programs folder. 
The file extension is showing and the file is 
not locked. She may not have had a full sweet 
loaded that installs and configures these tools
