Leonard left a voice mail message that Patrick 
has been out for about a month and they are not 
sure when he is returning but as far as Leonard 
knows everything is working just fine so he 
advised that we close the task and have Patrick 
open a new one if the problem is still occuring 
when he returns.

Hi Leonard,
 
We have a service request for Patrick (#32256) 
that said that the printer "Ridgeback" was not 
working correctly.

We were just checking in to see if this was still 
happening?  The request was actually from May and 
were just checking to make sure everything was 
okay.

Berry tries to print an email, after selecting 
the printable, it went to the printer but it said 
it was spooling, it never printed. He attempted 
to cancelled the project but they have still not 
been deleted from the list of items waiting to be 
printed.
