Put her printer on the BART

she tries to print off of excell and the computer 
says that it is printing and then it just stops.
and then it just stops and she tried to shut the 
printer and comp off  and turned it on again and 
does the same thing.

but she just tried printing from her email and 
the printer worked.

so she does not know what is wrong..
