I gave him admin rights, his computer is also way
outdated so it is installing SP3 and other updates.

He said that when he tries and opens an email 
where someone emailed it through a different file 
that he does not have then her cannot open it cuz 
he does not the administrative rights to download

the files that he cannot open or download is:
