I ran the fixdll.bat that Brian made and that
didnt fix it. The browser was hi-jacked so i ran
hi-jack this and before i could do anything the
computer blue screened so i re-imaged the computer.

Machine 20060173[Edit Inv] , TRCLab #2, is having some 
issues with the internet. After launching 
Explorer it loads the Western homepage just fine, 
but when you try to go to the Moodle page, or WOU 
mail, it doesn't progress. 
Works ok in firefox, but not Explorer.
