Adam took care of this. She was printing to
printers on RADAR. So he had her delete all of the
printers she had set up on her computer that were
tied to RADAR and she is now printing to BART

Printer statues is “spooling” and doesn’t print 
and gives error message, and then wants to shut 
down computer. Happened one before and Adam W. 
fixed it for her.
