he wants to know if this can be done today and 
tomorrow because he is out of town from noon 
today till next monday...he can drop the lap top 
off at the office after he gets out of 
class...let me know if he should do that

he called in today and said and said that he can 
have someone work on his re-imaging today or 
tomorrow or friday. because he wont need it for 
hsi classes for the rest of the week. and he can 
pick it up on friday sometime. he is leaving for 
home today and if someone can call him really 
quick he can drop his computer off on his way out.

He absolutely wants to save the image on his 
desktop but he doesn't know exactly where it is 
saved.  I had him look in the my pictures folder, 
but it wasn't there.

Returning the call from Yi.  He says his computer 
is ready to be re-imaged.  He'd like to know if 
the computer can be imaged in a couple of hours 
so that he can use it for grading, etc.  If not, 
he'll drop it off on Wednesday.
