We have not heard back from Craig so I am going to
say the printer is back up and running.

I cleared the queue for that printer and
successfully printed a test page.

cleared queue and restarted spooler on radar

don't see this printer on bart

They have tried to clear the qeue but the qeue 
wil not clear.
