Verified that the drive is indeed 1-terabyte
capacity.  I must have been in too much of a hurry
or my eyes were playing tricks on me when I first
delivered the drive.

Installed.  The drive only shows up as a 500-GB
capacity.  I didn't investigate further.  Other
than plugging in the drive, there were no other
setup procedures to follow or software to be
installed.
