on campus tomorrow and a voicemail would be fine. 

she is okay with someone to go into her office 
when she is not in. would need to get a key from 
the ED office if her office is closed.

says she has called multiple times and when I 
asked if someone had created a service request 
she said no. she said they transfered her call to 
the tech phone and left a voicemail. 

says she needs to have her machine set up to 
print to the printer in room 166 of the ED 
building.
