deployed printer last week

Hi Tricia,
 
I just talked to Gabriel about the printer in NS 
115B.  The old one that is on its way back to you 
as it was purchased with student fees and 
therefore needed to be accessible to pretty much 
anyone.  Since 115B is usually locked and 
students weren't able to retrieve their print 
jobs, the department purchased a new colorjet so 
we could limit access.  How do we get the new 
printer limited to just the chemistry labs, and 
department faculty and staff?  Right now only the 
computers in 114 and 116 should be able to print 
to it.
