replaced her network cable and shutdown the
computer, and everything worked fine.

Gudrun will be in her office until 3pm today 5-29-
09.  It looks like she isn't connected to the 
network because she has no network drives.

there is a message that pops up saying that 
window is unable to print. and it also says to 
make sure that windows in online.

she went to check and see if the printer was 
online.
