Had her change her password again and it worked.
It error last time she did. Most likely from
changing it so many times in one day.

She said that she was changing her password 3 to 
4 times yesterday and to see how to help new 
students change their password. she changed it 
more than twice so that she could change it back 
to the original one she had. and it let her log 
into the network.
now she is unable to log into the network. and is 
wondering what to do now.

also yesterday she said that a pop up box saying 
the windows needs her current credentials to 
insure network connectivity. and the pop up box 
is titled Expired Credentials

Phone:8-8932 and she has an email but she cannot 
get to it.
