She says that her monitor is not working. She left
for the weekend and she did not receive a notice
to shut down her computer. She said "this is
probably what ruined her computer". she was very
upset and said she tried to "jiggle the mouse and
cords, and power down her computer, nothing
worked". She has conferences today, and said "it
has to be fixed" she is "teaching but has left her
door to her office unlocked for us to come fix
it". she has her conference at 2.
