I set the printer up with a new network card. 
This has fixed the problem.

It has an HP JetDirect Parallel Port 300x print
server that is acting up.

Adam is going to replace the print server with a
MIO card so it should clean up their printer problems.

Cathy called saying no one is able to print to 
her office printer. Says Rebecca Twist is trying 
to print off some documents she needs for her 
class today.

as well.

She called back. She couldn't find the wou numer 
on the printer itself.
The printer says power save.

She checked the yellow network cord and it seems 
to be plugged in well.

Green light is blinking, but still says powersave 
mode.

Trying to send a print job to ansel printer. Word 
document. Says unable to connect will try again 
in 30 seconds. 

She had Mary Hardin try and Mary encounters the 
same problem.

She is going back downstairs to check on the 
printer to make sure nothing has come out since 
she checked and to get the WOU number. She will 
check for good connections too.
