Debbie and I talked and looked at the printer.  It
has a bad toner cartridge in it so she is going to
try and get the most out of it and then get a new one.

She said it was a newer printer and it just 
started doing this recently.

Printer is located in HSS 312
Techs can access at any time-- Shouldnt be locked.
