On her laptop, MacBook.
Redirects her when she is on internet to
Clean access agent.
Followed the directions and things seem to run ok 
for awhile and then intermittently it redirects 
her repeatedly to clean access agent.

She says she might not be understanding the 
directions very well.
Firefox is the browser she is using.
