There was a program called
PushPrinterConnections.exe in C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
that was taking up 99% of the cpu. I deleted the
file because it was from an old archive program
that was not needed anymore.

she needs to work on her class finals and needs 
this done as soon as someone could help. It is an 
old machine.

says after the power outage she's been having 
problems. Last night it had shut down on her and 
could not get it started. This morning and last 
night it appears to be frozen. she can log into 
it, it shows her icons on the desktop but it just 
sits there displaying the hour glass. 

Says she has tried to reboot many times but same 
thing happens no icons will open up.

call is best she will have a note on the door 
today. 

tomorrow she is in the lab accross the room.
