I fixed the sophos problem. Everything is working
good now.

One laptop works just fine. the other laptop will
not update sophos. Ran malware bytes and removed a
hijak file and malware file.  Still no luck with
sophos.

Service request for two dept laptops.
 the clean access agent will not install. one 
says something sophose anti virus has failed even 
though she is a admin. 

Chelsee and the laptops are available all day to 
be worked on.
