Hi Todor,
I think I fixed it by tightening one of the cables
on the back of the computer. I think we can close
the serviec request, and if there is any more
trouble I'll let you know.

He's had this trouble before and was told 
to "just jiggle the wires a bit" which would fix 
it, but now that's not working.  I asked him if 
he had checked the monitor connection into the 
box and he said that he had.
