There was a miss communication, todor informed the
lady about the options of getting a new key, but
she never told him to go ahead and order it. So
Stan was upset since Angela told Stan that we
would but did not or something along those lines. 
So we will order one and get it to them

the computer owner is Angela Hendrickson. and the 
ALT key on her laptop is broken and might need to 
be replaced.

She came into the office and i called a tech up 
to help figure out if the key can go back on and 
after that im not sure if he helped her fix it or 
not.  after she left the office, one of her co 
workers called in and was upset about the 
customer service with the issue.
i didnt know what to do at this point cecause her 
caught me off guard and i was getting reimed. so 
all i did was create a task

they are both with teh DEP office
