The network cable must not have been plugged in
completely because when i logged in it worked just
fine. I deleted my folder form documents and
settings and re-logged in to make sure it was
working and it was. She came back and logged in
and she was able to log in.

she says when she tires to log into the 
department laptop under mash, she is unable too.
but other people in the department try and they 
are successfull
