she is unable to do anywork untill this is 
resolved

she said that she has two monitors and the left 
one is supposed to be primary, but the right one 
is now. she clicks on outlook and it pops up on 
the left screen, but the mouse will not let her 
to go to the left screen, and what she wants is 
for the left screen to be the primary screen.
