Outlook has options for what to do with deleted
messages, she needs to check there.

Also, Sun Java mail deletes to Trash, outlook
deletes to Deleted Items.

would like for her outlook emails to be sent to 
the "trash" not be deleting permenantly, says the 
ones from sunjava are deleting to the Trash bin.
