one of the keys went back onto the keyboard but
the other did not. So we have to order a new
keyboard. I talked to nick and gave him his
service request number. So i will contact him
later with an estimate of how long it will take to
get a new keyboard.

says the checkout laptop number 19 has two keys 
that are detached. keys are "Fn" and the windows 
key.
