We can't work on them so i left her a VM informing
her of that and suggesting they call the
manufacture and see what they will do.

for a while now, when things start faxing, it 
makes her have to hand feed every page. but when 
other people send stuff to the fax machine 
nothing is getting through. she said that it is 
more than one people that are trying to send and 
it happends everytime. she doesnt know if the 
cables might be loose, or the connection is bad 
or what.
