I talked to tech support and got the purchase key
from them. I stopped by alice's office and she
wasnt there so i will try back later.

The registration phone number puts me directly to
a voice mail for technical support. I left them a
message with the registration number and the email
address for registration (spraguea@wou.edu) and
gave them my phone number to call me back. So i
will wait and if i dont hear back from them by the
end of the week i will call again.

I went and installed the software and registered
it using the info from the previous FMLA software.
The program still needs to be activated as i could
not find an activation code anywhere. I checked
her email and they hadnt sent anything to it and i
tried calling customer support and all i got was a
voice mail. So i talked to Tricia and she is
checking on it for me.

shelving.  The software case has installation 
instructions on it.  Please record the 
Registration Number in the appropriate text 
document on the T:
