Debbie is going to keep and eye on this and make
sure users are selecting the correct tray for
plain paper vs. the letter head.  The printer is
set up with plain paper in the 2nd drawer and
letter head is set up in the 3rd drawer.

says one tray is specifically for letterhead and 
other tray is for white paper, she says that 
sometimes when people print to the printer the 
document is printing on letterhead even though 
they did not want it on letterhead. 

says the default tray should be coming out as 
white paper not letterhead. 

printer is in HSS 312.
