says the old machine was just swapped for a new 
one today.

says when he gets on internet on his new machine 
he is not seeing the favorites he had, he would 
like the favorites on the old machine to be 
transfered to the new one. 

says the old machine is in our area. the new 
machine is in TH 109. says he thought all of his 
favorites and his things on the old machine would 
be transfered.
