this morning she went to log on and it brought up 
the log in screen, but then it wouldnt let her, 
so she tried it again and it let her log on, but 
this time, her desktop does not bring up the 
icons, all it says on teh screen is.......windows 
can not find c drive/windows/system 32/webc

and she is stuck


she said while i was on the phone she clicks ok 
for the 4th time and it started to work
