Word and Powerpoint are installed, there are
shortcuts to it on her desktop.

Its a desktop machine and doesn't have wireless.

says she is a little stuck on setting up wireless 
on the desk top machine. Says it is a new machine 
and does not have microsoft word nor powerpoint 
installed. Would like to have those installed on 
the machine.
