This is an older machine and I was not involved in
the original setup.  Over the phone, we tried
several passwords with her local login, all to no
avail.  She will bring the laptop by our office on
Tuesday morning around 9 am.  I can work with her
to fix this.

again she is at home with this laptop not on 
campus.

this machine has a specific log in password and 
username. says she does not remember either one 
of them, it has been over a year since she last 
used the machine. says one of our technicians 
created a username and password for this machine 
a while back. 

Machine is from the provost office. 
says Dale helped her before on this. 

says she is working at home is not on campus.
