relating to needing help with remote desktop from 
home.

regular basis.

when she is at home on her own computer, she 
tries to connect to remote desktop and it is not 
letting her. she comes to her office the next 
morning and her computer is on, so she does not 
know why the remote desktop will not work at home 
on her own computer.   it says at home for her to 
reconnect or to unable to connect to remote.
